Thank you for your purchase from Mahj & Vine. We want you to love your order, and we stand by our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mahjandvine.com so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please log in to your account and enter the Return Portal. You will be asked to enter your order number and either your zip code or email address, then select the item or items you would like to return.

Once your return is submitted and approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Mats

Mats may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

All mats must be returned rolled inside their included mat bag. Mats returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping for mats is complimentary.

Apparel

Apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tile Sets

Tile sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, complete, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping for tile sets is the responsibility of the customer unless the tile set arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
